Who am I

I’ve been teaching yoga for three years, and over the last year, I’ve fully stepped into teaching pilates — a blend I love for the way it builds strength, confidence, and balance from the inside out, while keeping the yoga breath. I’m also a psychology major, fascinated with the brain for as long as I can remember. As a track athlete, I understand the discipline, focus, and pressure it takes to perform — as well as the toll it can take on your mind and body.

For the past five years, I’ve been mentored in my own athletic journey. It hasn’t been a straight path — there have been setbacks, doubts, and hurdles (both literal and mental). But those experiences taught me that performance isn’t just about physical training — it’s about mindset, self-awareness, and learning to trust yourself.

Through yoga-pilates, exercise science, and my studies in psychology, I’ve discovered tools that help athletes and everyday movers unlock their potential, recover better, and find more joy in what they do. That’s what inspired Flow to the Finish — the idea that no matter your starting point, you can move through challenges with focus and resilience, and carry that flow all the way to your goals.

Whether we’re on the mat, in a coaching session, or building a stronger mental game for competition, my goal is the same: to help you feel more in control of your body, more connected to your mind, and more confident in your own path.
