Do I need prior experience with yoga or pilates?
No — all levels are welcome. I’ll guide you through each movement and make adjustments so you feel comfortable whether you’re brand new or experienced.

What should I bring to a session?
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. For pilates sessions, you’ll need a pilates ring and a resistance band. If we’ve already worked together a few times, or depending on your needs, I may also recommend having a soft pilates ball and light ankle or wrist weights.

For yoga classes, blocks and a blanket are the only essentials.

Once we connect, I’ll let you know exactly what’s best for you — but the items above are the basics to get started. Water is always a good idea too.

Are sessions available online or in person?
Yes — I offer both. Online sessions are great if you prefer practicing from home, which is what I offer the most, and in-person options are available locally depending on my schedule.

How do I book or reschedule a session?
All bookings are done through the website. You’ll get a confirmation email once you book, and if you need to reschedule, just use the link in that email or contact me directly.

I kindly ask that any reschedules or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. After that window, sessions cannot be refunded or moved unless there’s an emergency and you’ve contacted me directly.

What if I have an injury or health concern?
Please let me know before your session so I can offer safe modifications. Always check with your doctor if you’re unsure.
